I'm doing a pageant in November and haven't done one since I was 14 (I'm 19 - going on 20). Any diet/ workout/ makeup/ interview/ outfits/ etc! advice? I am 5'1 (short I know) and weigh 122 pounds. I would like to realistically get down to 115 (the norm for my height), but 110 would be great.Any advice for a pageant girl getting back into the game?
coming from a long line of pageant winners, I feel that I may be qualified to answer your question
For makeup/ interview consider getting a coach who can spend one on one time helping w/ these areas
For body/ weight loss, reduce your calories (do not eat less than 1200) do 1 hour (at least) of vigorous cardio 4-7 days/wk .. and 2 days before your pageant cut out all carbs (eat only lean protein and unsat fats) so you won't look bloated in the swim suit portion
