I like this girl can somebody please give me some advice?

I like this girl that I haven't talked to in almost a year. I still see her out sometimes and I don't know if it's my imagination or what but it seems like if I walk or drive past her she looks at me. I want to tell her how I feel but I haven't talked to her in almost a year and I don't want her to think I'm a freak.I like this girl can somebody please give me some advice?
First, stop by and talk to her. Give her a friendly smile. Give her your number and let her KNOW you want to talk to her. Be very friendly and light, not pushy and all forward.

Ok, so if you haven't talked to her in almost a year it is best not to suddenly tell her how you feel because it may catch her off guard since it's so sudden and she may reject you because she doesn't feel close enough to you to be able to like you in the same way. If you can see her because she lives near you or you hangout near the same places e.g. school,work etc. then try to talk to her like you may have in the past, just a friendly conversation. After doing it for a while maybe ask to just hang out, build a friendship and then after you guys are good friends and if you're still wanting to tell her how you feel, tell her.
Become a friend of one of her friends and try it that way instead of going strait to her..
try talking to her ...... then be her friend again and then tell her..dont wanna come on to strong
find somthing that she is doing: like yoga or a program, and join it with her and get to know her that way
