Go on vacation and do something fun to get your mind away. Come to think of it, not just on vacation, with her whole life.
Tell her to go to an adult she trusts, whether it's a parent, a teacher or a counselor. Something seems to be weighing on her and she needs to consult with an adult.
Make ur self busy in sum other work!
