Weight loss advice for a petite girl?

I'm only 4'10';, and I probably weigh between 113-115 lbs. I really want to be 100 or below. I look awful at my weight. Beer belly, and my face is getting full. I also have high blood pressure and was born with heart disease. Anyone have some practical advice to help me shed about 15 pounds?Weight loss advice for a petite girl?
i also persoanlly think your fine, but if you would like to be more fit, you can just change your diet a bit, like eat a little less, and eat healthier stuff. You should try yoga too.Weight loss advice for a petite girl?
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
A healthy diet and moderate exercise should take care of it. But, considering your health problems, you need to consult with your doctor before making any substantial changes to either your diet or your exercise. A daily walk for 30-45 minutes is enough exercise -- you don' thave to lift weights or run or join a gym. As for the diet, cut out all processed foods and drink a lot of water. Eat whole foods -- whole grain bread, nuts, fruits, vegetables, fish, and eat meat andpoultry sparingly. A great way to help cut calories is to drink at least 8 ounces of water everytime you want to eat. Then evaluate whether or not you are rea ly hungry. Between meals, often the water is enough. Sometimes your body tells you you are hungry when you are really thirsty. A good rule of thumb is to make sure you drink water the number of ounces equal to half your body weight every day.
Exercise and eat right. Aerobics are good for losing weight, like bicycling, swimmimg, walking, jogging for 20minutes/day. Also lifting light weights can help. Just follow the book that comes with them. Muscle continues to burn fat even when you are not exercising by raising your metabolism.

Try to cut your fat intake and keep count of it by writing it down everyday. Esp. watch the saturated fats, they cause heart disease by clogging your arteries and with your high blood pressure this would be a good thing to practice doing.

I gram of fat is equal to 9 calories.

Your body burns up the carb intake first, then fats, then protein.

You need 50% carb/day, 30% fat/day, and 20% protein/day.
Considering the high blood pressure and the heart disease you were born with, it would be wise to talk to your doctor about it. He/she can suggest something that would help or even send you to a nutritionist. The nutritionist would help you come up with a plan that would be best for you. This is not something you should do on your own considering your conditions. Personally though, I think you're fine at the weight you're at.
Ok first if you are 4'10'' and 115 you are thin you do not need to lose 15 pounds.

You have a beer belly and that is what you want to lose.

So you do not need to diet what you need to do are exercises. The AB lounger works good or sit ups there are many others anything to work the middle or core mussels.
